The Pressly Lifetime Warranty is offered as an optional paid add-on at the time of purchase. By purchasing the Pressly Lifetime Warranty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Coverage

The Lifetime Warranty covers one-time replacement of your Pressly coffee machine if it becomes defective due to manufacturing faults or material defects under normal use.

The warranty applies for the lifetime of the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The replacement machine will be the same model or a similar model of equal value, at our discretion.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, stains, discolouration).
• Damage caused by using incompatible pods, capsules, or accessories.
• Damage resulting from accident, fire, flood, power surge, or other external causes.
• Commercial or non-domestic use.
• Consumables such as coffee capsules or cleaning tools.

Replacement Process

To make a warranty claim, you must contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a clear description of the defect.

If the defect is confirmed to be covered under this warranty, we will provide instructions for returning the defective unit.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the defective unit to us.

Upon receipt and verification, we will send a replacement unit once only. No further replacements will be issued for the same purchase.

Limitations

This warranty covers one replacement only per purchased warranty.

The warranty is only valid for orders shipped to the UK and US.

We reserve the right to deny a claim if the product shows signs of misuse, alteration, or unauthorised repair.

How to Make a Claim

Contact us at hello@pressly.co.uk with:

• Your order number and date of purchase.
• Proof of Lifetime Warranty purchase.
• A detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photos or videos showing the defect.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse any claim that does not comply with these terms.
• Discontinue or modify the Lifetime Warranty offer at any time (changes will not affect warranties already purchased).

Important: This Lifetime Warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
